PUNCH PRESSES AND PRESS MOLDS

Since 2002 XOPC_SILICONE has organized the new subdivision — a tool room. The new organized tool room is oriented at the up-to-date level of press mould making and press mould maintenance on the base of NC machines.

Using up-to-date programs we can:
– project and make transfer and press moulds for any kind of materials;
– make a press of any kind (e.g. cutting die, dinking die, bending die, cupping die, double-action die) on the base of client's drawing.

Today, XOPC tool room is:
– 900 sq. m. of production space;
– more than 20 technicians;
– more than 30 units of metal-working machines including NC machines, lathes, 3- and 4-coordinate milling machines, 4-coordinate electroerosion broaching machines, 5-axled electroerosion cutting machines;
– digital optic complex with the observation accuracy of linear dimension of 3-5 micromicrons;
– Surface grinding machine with the working plate of 400*800;
– jig borer of high accuracy Sip MP-4G;
– optic-grinding machine;
– blank production shop;
– thermal center.

XOPC tool room has closed production loop: from material cutting to integrated products. Engineer's computers, rigging design office and NC machines in the tool room form a local network. The output of Hors tool room is 3-4 press moulds or punch presses a month..
